This Privacy Policy explains what information Win Insight (the "App", "we", "us") collects, how we use it, how long we keep it, and how you can manage it. Our goal is to be clear and concise about data practices related to the App's features (AI chat, questionnaire, news, and learning content). This policy does not create any rights beyond those set out in the App and the applicable law.
Data we collect
We collect only the data necessary to operate the App and improve the experience. Below is a summary of the categories we collect and retain:
Account credentials (login provider ID only)
- When you sign in via Apple or Google, we receive the provider's account identifier and any basic profile fields the provider supplies (e.g., display name or identifier). We do not collect email addresses or phone numbers from users.
Device information
- Device model, operating system version, and device identifiers necessary to manage accounts and provide the service. We may also collect minimal connection metadata (e.g., basic network info) to ensure proper function.
AI chat content
- Conversations you have with the in-app AI assistant (questions, prompts, and AI responses) are stored to enable history, allow you to revisit past sessions, and to improve AI quality.
Questionnaire responses
- Answers you provide in the onboarding questionnaire. These responses may be associated with your account identifier to personalize content and learning paths.
Product analytics (internal only)
- Aggregated, internal analytics and diagnostic information used to evaluate and improve the App. This does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDK data.
How we use your data
We use collected data for the following limited purposes:
- Account management: Authenticate and manage your account and login sessions.
- Service delivery: Provide core App features including AI chat history, course generation, and questionnaire-driven personalization.
